Do you ship entire UK Territory? Yes, we do. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.

How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our real-time tracking portal.

Can I change or cancel my order? We process orders quickly to get them to the barn as soon as possible. You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of placement by contacting our support team.


📏 Sizing & Fit

What if the riding wears or boots I ordered don’t fit? Don’t worry! We offer a Perfect Fit Guarantee. If your apparel doesn’t fit exactly how you like, you can exchange it for a different size within 7 days, provided it hasn’t been worn.

How do I measure for a horse rug (blanket)? Measure from the center of the horse’s chest, around the widest part of the shoulder, to the center of the tail. If your horse is between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.


🧼 Product Care & Longevity

How should I clean my leather tack? To ensure your leather lasts a lifetime:

  1. Wipe down with a damp cloth after every ride to remove sweat and salt.
  2. Clean with glycerin soap or a dedicated leather cleaner once a week.
  3. Condition once a month (or more in dry climates) to keep the leather supple. Note: Avoid direct heat or sunlight when drying wet leather.

Can I machine wash my saddle pads and fly veils? Most of our technical fabric pads are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend using a mesh laundry bag to protect velcro straps and delicate embroidery. Always air dry; never tumble dry.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy? We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 7 days. Items must be free of horse hair, dirt, and scent.

We are unable to provide an exchange or refund in the following cases:

Fly sprays, shampoos, conditioners, oils, soaps or horse treats

Items that appear to be soiled or damaged in any way.

Items that have been ordered with embroidery.

Free items – if returned, you will not receive any compensation for them.You will be compensated for the return shipping costs if the fault is due to manufacturing defect.

Are there items that cannot be returned? For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets or protective vests once they have been removed from their original packaging, as we cannot guarantee their structural integrity. Custom-made items are also non-returnable.
